At Fresh Start Carpets & Flooring, most of our carpets and flooring are supplied as part of our professional measuring and fitting service. We do not currently offer standard nationwide online shipping.

Local Delivery

Where required, carpets, flooring, underlay and related materials may be delivered directly to the customer's property in preparation for installation.

Delivery arrangements will normally be agreed with the customer when confirming their order and fitting date.

Delivery Areas

We primarily serve Ealing, West London and surrounding areas. If you are outside our usual service area, please contact us to discuss availability.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be discussed with you and included in your quotation before your order is confirmed.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery and fitting dates will be provided when your order is confirmed.

While we make every reasonable effort to meet agreed dates, delays can occasionally occur due to supplier availability, transport issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Access to the Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property on the agreed delivery or installation date.

Please let us know in advance about any access restrictions, parking restrictions, stairs or other circumstances that could affect delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Materials

If you believe materials supplied by us are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact Fresh Start Carpets & Flooring as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Collections

Where collection has been specifically arranged, we will provide details of the collection location and agreed collection time directly to the customer.
